Questions and answers

Check-in and check-out time?

Check-in starts at 4 p.m., but if your room is already ready it will be given to you as soon as possible (if you have any needs, please contact us). Check-out must take place before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Is there a parking in the hotel? Is it free? Is it covered?

Although central in San Martino di Castrozza, our hotel has got a large private parking in front of the hotel and one at the back. This parking is completely free. We also have got a covered garage at cost of €15 per night.

How far is the hotel from the ski lifts?

Colverde and Rosetta ski lifts are 70 m behind the hotel. Tognola and Ces ski lifts are about 1 km outside the village centre. You can reach them either by your own means or by ski bus, free for our guests.

Is the ski bus free? Where do you take it?

The ski bus is completely free for our guests. Upon your arrival you will be given a card to travel. The nearest stop is in front of the hotel, 30 m from our ski room.

Are pets such as dogs and cats accepted? Can they freely move through the hotel?

Our hotel accepts small and medium-sized dogs and cats. The cost varies from €15 to €30 per day depending on the type and size of the animal. Animals can only access the bedroom. Animals are not allowed in common areas such as the living room and the bar, and the dining and breakfast room.

Does half board mean lunch or dinner?

Our hotel offers not only bedroom and breakfast, but also half board. Half board means dinner only. Drinks are not included and are paid separately as extras. The hotel restaurant is closed at lunch. 

Have you got a menu for celiacs? Lactose intolerance? Vegans?

There’s no problem. Our restaurant doesn’t offer a menu for celiacs, but it will be enough to communicate at the time of booking the need to have dedicated dishes. So, our maître will take care of your needs and intolerances. If you are vegan, our chefs will offer you dedicated dishes. 

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payment by bank transfer (IBAN), cash and credit cards from Mastercard Visa and American Express.

Are there any agreements for renting skis or bikes?

Yes, there are. Our hotel has an agreement with the Skisport rental (+39 389 0934023).

Are there any agreements with ski schools?

We have not got any agreement with ski schools. Ski schools distinguish between individual and group lessons. Group lessons are cheaper than induvial lessons, but prices must be dealt directly with the ski schools.

How can I reach you by public transports?

You can reach San Martino di Castrozza not only by your own car, but also by bus from Feltre (BL). The central bus station is 100 m away from our hotel. The nearest train station is in the city of Feltre, in Veneto. The nearest airports are in the cities of Treviso, Venice, Bolzano and Verona. Several low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Wizzair fly over Treviso.
